A Power Breakfast that Supports Your Fitness Goals

Breakfast can sometimes be a challenging meal to figure out what foods support your goals. I made this simple little omelet and it has all of the components of a power meal. Also, it taste very good! I scrambled my eggs, but your can make them more omelet style if you want. Here’s the ingredients:
- A couple of sprays of canola oil
- Eggs
- Sliced tomatoes
- Spinach leaves
- Diced green onion
- A little low fat mild cheddar
I didn’t give the exact amounts I used because the amount varies for each person. Try to make things visibly equal before cooking since the leaves will cook down.
One major point I want to make. If you want to reduce your cholesterol intake, use one or two whole eggs and then use whites for the rest. This would mean you would need to use 2 egg whites to equal one egg. If I had done this, I would have used 1 whole egg and then 8 egg whites since I used 5 eggs for my omelet.
I hope you enjoy it and it you dig it, please leave a comment!
Be Better,
Dexter
